Plot Of Fear Blu-ray

A provocative precursor to Eyes Wide Shut, Plot of Fear focuses on a string of bizarre murders that target the members of a high-class sex club on the outskirts of Milan. The kinky killer leaves pages from a children’s book at the scene of each crime. On the case is Inspector Lomenzo (Michele Placido, Big Business) whose biggest lead comes from a fashion model (Corinne Cléry, The Story of O) who may have witnessed one of the killings. Lomenzo is aided by his Chief Investigator boss (Tom Skerritt, Alien) and a sinister surveillance expert (Eli Wallach, The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly). Directed with verve by exploitation royalty Paolo Cavara (Mondo Cane).
The 4K restoration was carried out by Augustus Color from the original negative and supervised by Maurizio Cisterna of FILMFINITY.Archival Interview with Screenwriter Enrico Oldoini • Archival Interview with Pietro Cavara (son of Director
