Bill is an SOV auteur who directed, wrote, edited and starred in ten movies over three decades. He tackled everything from the horror genre to slapstick comedy to documentary. 

None of the movies got distribution outside of his hometown of Lebanon Indiana and because of that were impossible to see and pretty much lost in storage. VHSHITFEST is so happy to present this collection of outsider art from an unsung legend of homegrown filmmaking that deserves to finally have some recognition.
